Legal Intro

DamnCrazzy Studio ('we', 'us', 'our') operates damncrazzy.studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to the practices described here.

02

User Data

We collect information you submit via our contact form (name, email, company, project brief), data you share during onboarding (brand assets, references), and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer). We do not sell personal data. We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months and project data for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months.

03

Service Terms

We use minimal third-party processors strictly to run the studio: email (Google Workspace), file storage (Google Drive, Frame.io), analytics (privacy-respecting, anonymised), payments (Stripe). Each processor has its own privacy terms. We do not use your brand assets to train public AI models.

04

Payment Terms

Stripe processes payments on our behalf. We never store full card numbers on our servers. Invoice metadata (company, amount, date) is retained for legal and accounting purposes for the period required by law.

05

Ownership Terms

You own all input you submit and, upon full payment, all output we deliver under a project SOW. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless contractually excluded.

06

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
