Legal Intro
This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for DamnCrazzy Studio engagements.
User Data
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to billing@damncrazzy.studio from the original billing contact.
Service Terms
Project work is custom and largely non-refundable once production has begun. We will issue a pro-rata refund for work not yet started or for unused monthly hours, calculated against the agreed scope.
Payment Terms
Kickoff deposits are non-refundable once we've assigned senior creative time. Monthly engagements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice; the next billing cycle is the final cycle.
Ownership Terms
If an engagement is cancelled mid-flight, you retain ownership of deliverables that have been fully paid for and signed off. Work-in-progress assets remain the property of DamnCrazzy until paid.
Disputes
If you're unhappy with a deliverable, raise it within 7 days of receipt. We will use included revision rounds to make it right. We don't issue refunds for completed, signed-off work.
