Legal Intro
These terms govern use of damncrazzy.studio and any services delivered by DamnCrazzy Studio under a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
User Data
You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation. Any information you submit must be accurate and lawful.
Service Terms
Each engagement is governed by a written SOW that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline and price. The SOW supersedes anything verbal. Out-of-scope work requires a written change order.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed 50% on kickoff and 50% on final delivery. Monthly engagements are billed in advance. Invoices are due net 14 days. Late payments accrue 1.5% per month.
Ownership Terms
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables. We retain ownership of background tools, pipelines, custom-trained models and unused concepts. We may display the work in our portfolio unless excluded in writing.
Warranties & liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement.
